PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

All domestic axle assembly orders ship via standard LTL truck freight. And, depending on weight, most replacement parts ship via UPS. Please ensure that we have your correct street address (no P.O. boxes) and zip code to eliminate delays and possibly returned merchandise. All California purchases are subject to sales tax according to county. And all resale purchases must have a valid resale number. Orders shipping outside the United States must be paid for in full prior to merchandise shipping. The best and quickest way to receive your parts is to send a postal money order, bank draft, certified check, or via the phone with a valid credit card. All international orders must be paid by bank wire transfer, bank draft, or money order.

CORRECT ADDRESS

To ensure you receive your parts as quickly as possible, include your correct street and address number, apartment, trailer, building, or space number as required, city, state and zip code. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

CLAIMS

Damaged or lost goods are the sole responsibility of the carrier. Title of merchandise passes to the customer on delivery to common carrier. All parts should be thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure every part is in good working order. All claims must be filed by the customer through the carrier. We are not responsible for claim services. Upon carrier approval, refunds and/or exchanges will then be carried out.

WARRANTY

Atomic Axle L.L.C. guarantees that all of its parts are of the finest quality and free from manufacturing defects. Any product that we feel has been manufactured incorrectly or is of a defective nature will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion. ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS SUBJECT TO ABUSE, CRASH DAMAGE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR MODIFICATION OF ANY KIND. All parts not manufactured by Atomic Axle L.L.C. are subject to the manufacturer's own warranty policy. We are not responsible for any installation charges incurred when installing our products. We cannot be responsible for other manufacturers? products.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with any Atomic Axle L.L.C. product you receive, please call the sales office directly and we will work with you to correct the situation. All returns must be pre-approved by Atomic Axle L.L.C. and granted an RGA (return goods authorization) number prior to shipment. There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all returned items that are not defective or shipped in error. We are not in the parts rental business. All returns are sent freight pre-paid; we are not responsible for freight on returned items. All sales are non-refundable after 30 days.

BACKORDER POLICY

All backorders are held until products come into stock or the order is cancelled by the original order placer. We will not cancel any backorder for any reason. If you do not wish to keep an open backorder, please notify the salesperson at the time of ordering.

PARTS AVAILABILITY

Many of the parts found within our website and product offering are manufactured in our specialized shop. A few of the parts are made in small quantities per placed orders due to limited sales of specialized high-performance parts. Sometimes we miss our projected forecast on a newly released part or run out of a certain part. Other parts that we distribute are manufactured in large factories. These larger manufacturers are also subject to manufacturing delays. Supplying a large range of specialized parts such as ours is not an easy task. If parts were readily available, you could pick them up at your local auto parts store. They aren't and you can't! Please bear with us as we work to keep our parts in stock and continue to push the envelope of off-road performance parts for the specialized product line.

FOREIGN ORDERS

We accept foreign orders daily via sales@atomicaxles.com. All foreign orders must be paid in full via bank wire, certified bank-issued check, or money order. We do not accept credit cards from billing addresses located outside of the United States. Although every effort has been made to proofread all copy prior to catalog printing or website release, we do not accept any responsibility for any typographical errors whether in pricing or content.
